The Salcano brand has been producing bicycles in Turkey since 1975. It’s expansive range covers Road, MTB, eBikes, Leisure and Kids Bikes.
The new Salcano GR001 GRX Adventure Bike uses a light but strong aluminium frame and tapered carbon fork which combine for great comfort on and off road, complete with a full Shimano GRX groupset. Adventure specific geometry gives a more upright position which is more forgiving when the going gets bumpy.
Robustness and reactivity are offered via the Shimano RS wheelset with its strong, wide rim being complemented perfectly by the Continental Terra Trail tyres to provide traction and compliance. At the same time, the Shimano 2 x 10 speed gears provide a wide range of ratios to tame any terrain.
The Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brake configuration completes an extensive spec list for confidence in wet weather or across technical terrain via its accurate and smooth stopping power.
